What is the course about?

Your body renews up to 300 billion cells each day. With nutrient-dense foods, you soon begin to feel a difference as healthier new cells replace the old ones.

With so many conflicting ideas about which foods are healthy, it can be hard to know what works for you. Here you’ll gain simple tools to understand which foods support your body, how to prepare them, and how to create satisfying meals. You’ll also learn practical ways to respond to cravings or strong needs without self-judgment.

What kind of foods will we cook?

We use unrefined, organic or homegrown ingredients. 

The bulk of the food consists of whole grains, beans, vegetables & seeds, complemented with fermented foods, fruits, nuts, seaweeds and a small amount of animal foods (fish, eggs & dairy). Vegan options are provided when requested and some courses are totally vegan.

The facilitators

Kristiane Ravn Frost and/or Lucia Biffi are facilitating this course.

They have each their style of cooking and will support you in developing your personal style.
