From sharing to genuine connection!
This immersive introduction to Life-Centric Dance explores how movement, play, rhythm, presence, and shared ritual can strengthen trust, participation, and belonging in communities.
Participants will experience — and, if they wish, learn to facilitate — a range of adaptable practices for community building, wellbeing, and group culture. Rooted in the values of ecovillages, co-housing, and collaborative living, these approaches can be used in retreats, workshops, festivals, schools, and local community spaces.
The training offers both practical tools and a lived experience of embodied community, with space to engage at whatever level feels right for you.

Life Centric Dance is a well-being system. As we practice it, we recover our natural movements, filled with meaning, joy and intention, through the power of music and a series of non-choreographed game and dance-exercises, based on a scientific methodology. The sessions are held in groups, with games and dances of vitality, affectivity (capacity to show affection), creativity, sexuality and transcendence, organized by the facilitator according to a Theoretical Model based on the life sciences: Biology, Anthropology, Psychology and Sociology.
Staying longer or coming earlier?
If you wish to arrive earlier or stay longer you’re welcome to do so as either a recreational guest or a contributing guest.
Imagine a space where music becomes a guide, movement becomes a language, and your body becomes a source of wisdom. Life-centric dance uses carefully selected music to awaken natural movement, positive emotions, and a deep sense of aliveness. More than a dance practice, it is an invitation to reconnect with yourself, others, and the living world around you.
Through movement, we rediscover the intelligence of the body, access our authentic feelings, and give space to our unique expression. In a culture dominated by screens and sedentary habits, this practice offers a return to both joyous connection and calm, embodied presence. Life-centric dance helps us listen more deeply—to our bodies, our emotions, and each other—creating the conditions for more authentic relationships and thriving communities.
Come as you are. Move, feel, connect, and discover what emerges when music, movement, and community meet.
