Avnø Oasis has different digital tools that are used to facilitate communication, workflows and help us co-create.
This is a short guide to get everyone on board:
Mattermost is the application we use for communication. Here we have different channels regarding various topics. Examples:
– Arrivals/Departures: In this channel we can write if we need to get a lift somewhere.
– Avnø – daily group: Here we send messages about the daily tasks, when there is food and much more.
– Fun: Want to do some activity, you can write here to see if anyone wants to join.
– Avnø Friends: Is a channel for people who might not be at Avnø, but still want to get some news about what is going on here.
There is also an app which you can find in App Store or Google Play.
The app will ask for a URL for our server, which is:
chat.avno.org
Important: Ask someone who is in the channels to add you.
Nextcloud is a cloud service that resembles (Google’s services).
Here it’s possible to store files (Drive), work together on documents (Docs), handle emails (Gmail).

If you take pictures during your stay and want to share them, you can do that here.
