Aima’s Mentor & Supervision Program

Aim: To be a certified Aima Coach and get your career started.

Conditions to participate: Completion of Aima Coach Certificerings-program with at least 95% participation).

Content: Approximately 80 hours

• Coaching: Around 20 sessions with clients or friends.
• Evaluations:
  • You fill out evaluation forms for you and your client for every session
  • You read and evaluations of colleagues & their clients
• Supervision: Weekly or biweekly zoom calls to answer your questions and review everybody’s sessions – made anonymous!
• 5 individual Q&A sessions of 30 minutes – to be scheduled when needed.
• Fri access to the Aima Coach Club for 1 year to co-create an ongoing development of the concept as well as of each other.
