LEAF

What is this course about?

Sociocracy is also called “Dynamic governance” because the organizational structure is flexible and changes according to the needs of the organization. In this course, you’ll discover how to supports teams, workgroups and communities to collaborate in a way that’s perceived by people as healthy, empowering and productive.

Unlike traditional structures where content and direction are often accidentally controlled, Sociocracy brings the group’s collective intelligence into play and ensures that all perspectives are heard. As the decision-making process is fast, this method prevents long tiring debates between opposing views. Instead, synergy and collaboration are increased with training, thereby also productivity.

You will leave with a complete understanding of sociocracy, how it relates to various leadership styles and trained in the functions needed to implement it in your team. Teams, working groups, and communities who participate together will have the option to implement sociocracy in their team during the course.

LEAF
